Description : An original city full of stairs, lifts and cable cars with no bikes, no klaxons and two rivers meeting each other

Comments : If you plan to do the Yangzi trip, take the evening train from Chengdu. This will leave you the day to check this interesting gray city before boarding your evening boat.

What to do : Go up and down, cross the rivers on cable car, visit one of the craziest hotel in China, shop in the town center,...

What you may not like : Losing your way or your breath, having to pay for a mechanical stair or a lift (Y1),  the pollution, the color of the buildings,...

The Yangzi River cruises

The trip back to Chengdu : Bus / SSS / L&R / Y70 / 5 hrs

Plenty of buses ply the route to Chengdu but prices very according to the type of the bus and the place you buy the ticket... The long distance bus station only sell the most luxurious ones at Y107. Across the street on the right (SE), good buses cost only Y70, including a few (bad) movies during the trip and an interesting erotic one just when you arrive...
