Description : a small market-village surrounded by
montains and hmong villages on the north-east of Laos (meeting point of the road
1 and 6)
What to do ? walking through montains and villages, be invated in a
hmong village, just enjoy the quiet area hassle free
What you may not like ? accomodation and food really really basic,
the town itself unattractive at all, food again if you don't like noodle with
coriander
Where to stay ? a couple of basic family
guesthouse in town, 10000kips the dble room
Where to eat ? in town
Transport ?
To Phonsavan / 25000kips / Truck / 5 hours / Few trucks per day, one at around
11h-12h / Really beautiful scenery, road ok
